Job description:

enza is looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Manager in Cairo to oversee complex card processing projects, from issuer and acceptance schemes to end-to-end payment solution delivery. This role is essential to our growth and requires a professional who can drive projects on time, on budget, and with high-quality results.

Key responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the delivery of payment projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.

– Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

– Track project performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and timelines.

– Provide leadership in project governance and support for best practices in project delivery.

Qualifications:

– Proven track record in delivering large-scale payment projects, especially in issuing and acceptance schemes.

– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

– Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
