enza is seeking a Junior Application Support specialist to provide first-level client support by managing tickets, troubleshooting application issues, and coordinating escalations. The role involves documenting solutions and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities:
– Provide initial client support and manage tickets
– Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate escalations

Qualifications:
– Fluency in English required; French proficiency is a plus
– Comfort with a 24/7 shift schedule
– Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
– Basic grasp of programming logic or technical fundamentals
– Proactive learner in a dynamic environment
